Our guests often tell us that SkyPoint Maui has become a place of cherished memories. Operating since 2016, we've welcomed over 250 happy couples to our spaces. Every review has been for 5 stars. Many guests express sadness at having to depart and have vowed to return as soon as possible.

The SkyPoint Maui compound is one-of-a-kind: a warm, comforting, peaceful and serene sanctuary. It derives its name from the literal point in the land where one is able to take in infinite sky with vistas of over 300 degrees featuring a hot tub with infinity views. This is where perfect relaxation occurs. From here, you see tropical landscape and the curve of the shoreline with the evening necklace of lights along Ma’alaea Bay.

Living at SkyPoint is intimately experiencing world-class views at all times of the day and night. The compound was designed so that a person would love being in any of the spaces from virtually any perspective. The vision for your retreat is to create a beautiful living sculpture where it’s easy to take in Maui’s beauty from any direction – inside and outside. It’s a front row seat to sunsets looking over the Hawaiian Islands from what has named by Conde Nast Traveler the “Best Island in the World” for 23 years in a row.

Expansive views are visible both inside and outside the home. The views are large, wide, real and seductive. The most frequent compliment from visitors is that pictures cannot capture the stunning views; they have to be experienced.

SkyPoint Maui is a three-unit, half-acre complex designed and built only ten years ago by prominent architect, Greg Bayless, to serve as three separate autonomous units or rented as an entire property. Each unit on the property is designed to maximize privacy, accomplished with private outdoor entrances for each unit, skillful space planning, strategic use of lanais and fences, and high-end soundproofing in the ceilings and relevant connecting walls.

Hutt Bush is the host of SkyPoint Maui. He brings significant, decades-long ownership experience in a broad variety of industries including the hospitality industry, where he was the former CEO and among the financiers of Lumeria Maui. Hutt believes that Anticipation is the heart of service. This mantra translates into a passion for imagining what our guests need and want . . . then exceeding expectations by providing more.

Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am, but hot tubs are available to use 24 hours a day.
